Status: TERMS READ & ACKNOWLEDGED. By engaging with the Always Bee Acquisition Protocol, you agree to our standard operating procedures and exclusivity mapping.
01. Scope of Deployment
Always Bee Marketing provides digital marketing infrastructure, lead generation, and acquisition systems. Our mission is to scale your business. Deployment remains active until objectives are met or engagement is terminated per the briefing schedule.
02. Limitation of Liability
Always Bee Marketing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our protocols. We provide the tools and strategy, but business outcomes depend on market conditions and your team's execution of the leads provided.
03. Intellectual Property
All proprietary code, design systems, and "Acquisition Protocol" documentation remain the exclusive intellectual property of Always Bee Marketing. Partners are granted a non-exclusive license for use during the term of engagement.
04. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any tactical disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in this jurisdiction.
05. Communications
